| Description: | The Installation Foreman directs and implements all on-site activities associated with deliveries and installation of conventional and/or modular furniture. Has on-site responsibility for supervision, document control and customer relations during the job. Sets and demonstrates an environment of professionalism and excellent customer service on the project site. Responsible for reviewing and understanding installation plan for each job prior to the job commencing. Ensures that crew has all necessary product and tools needed to complete job. | Duties: | ~Ensures superior customer service standards are met and maintained by the installation crew.
~Direct crew through the installation process including: delivery, staging and installation of a variety of office furniture (desks, chairs, workstation, cubicles, etc.), using hand and power tools.
~Responsible for all documentation as relates to job. Completes punch list upon completion of the installation.
~Establishes contact with customer as soon as arrives to job site.
~Works with departmental managers to identify training and developmental goals for employees.
~Responsible for driving (up to) 26' box truck to and from various job sites. |
| Qualifications: | ~Minimum 3 years furniture installation experience
~Proficient at reading job plans
~Strong Diagnostic, organization and communication skills
~Clean driving record and valid drivers license
~Honest, ethical, and hardworking with a strong desire to succeed |
